As our Office Manager and Project Support officer, Joy not only manages Advantia’s office administration, but she is responsible for Advantia’s project activities in the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator’s Customer Portal. Joy is therefore responsible for the submission and processing of road access applications for High Productivity Freight Vehicles under the PBS Scheme.
