Advantia achieves Quality Management System Certification to ISO9001
Advantia has made it a goal over its years in business to produce a high standard of work for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
In the pursuit of continuous improvement, at the start of 2018, Advantia set itself a challenge to formally implement a Quality Management System to track, monitor and audit the internal processes against the high standard set for our work and customers.
Implementing a Quality Management System is very much a process of self-discovery, identifying all of the steps in current work processes that are working well and those that can be improved.
We identified areas for improvement and put in place measures to ensure the same issues do not reoccur. We now make a record of each event where a process was not correctly followed or could be improved and these are discussed as a group to share the learning.
Advantia underwent the formal process of being assessed against the international standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, and received ISO 9001:2015 Certification on 6 July 2018.
While Advantia sees this as a significant achievement for the company, of greater significance is that we consider ourselves to be better placed to continue the high standard of work for our customers and continue to meet and exceed our customer expectations.
